TARTA TRACKER TAKES THE GUESSWORK OUT OF RIDING THE BUS.
At TARTA, we know you value your time, which is why we’ve created the TARTA Tracker. TARTA Tracker uses predictive technology and GPS tracking to help you locate nearby stops, access real-time route information, tell you exactly when your bus will arrive at your stop, and alert you of any interruptions or delays in your schedule.
USE WITH DESKTOP AND LAPTOP COMPUTERS
TARTA Tracker’s interactive map and real-time schedule information are accessible by entering TARTATracker.com in the browser of your personal desktop or laptop computer. You can also set up email and text route alerts from the desktop interactive map page.
STANDARD CELL PHONES AND LAND LINE PHONES
TARTA Tracker is also accessible by calling TARTA customer support at 419.243.RIDE weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can also arrange to have recorded schedule interruption alerts sent to your phone by an automated phone call or text message.
MOBILE DEVICES AND MOBILE SITES
Users of either iOS or Android smartphones can access TARTA’s mobile site by entering TARTATracker.com. You will be directed to a mobile site where you can find the nearest stops, view all routes, access Call-A-Ride and view arrival times for each route and stop. Users can also sign up for TARTA alerts. TARTA Tracker is most compatible with the Chrome web browser for Andriod phones and tablets.
