Downtown detours due to Jefferson Ave. two-way conversion.
As Jefferson Ave. is being converted from a one-way to a two-way street between Collingwood Blvd. and 11th St. near downtown Toledo, recurring street closures will be necessary until project completion.
During the transition, the following detours will be in place:
Route 22 and 26 inbound only: Collingwood to Monroe (L), Erie (L), to regular route.
Route 30 inbound: Collingwood to Monroe (R), Erie (L), to regular route.
Outbound routes 22, 26 and 30 will not be affected.

Due to continued construction on Byrne Road, northbound and southbound bus stops between Dorr St. and Hill Ave. will be temporarily removed; no pick ups or drop offs will be made for routes 3 and 27.

Southbound Route 3: Dorr to Searles (L), Nebraska (R), Byrne (L) to regular route.
During construction: Bus stops on Nebraska at Byrne will be honored; flag-down service will be available on Secor and Searles; drop-offs and pick-ups will be made at street intersections only.

Due to construction on Byrne Road, the northbound and southbound bus stops on Byrne between Dorr St. and Hill Ave. will be removed and no longer honored. This will affect routes 3 and 27.
Northbound Route 3: Via Byrne Rd. to Westmoor Apartments (L), Byrne Rd. (R), Nebraska (L), Secor (L), Dorr (R), to regular route.

Route 32 on Airport Hwy. affected by construction.
Effective immediately, one lane of alternating traffic will be maintained on Airport Hwy. between Reynolds and Seymour roads (near the entrance of Swan Creek Metropark) on TARTA Route 32. Please plan your bus trips for the possibility of delays.
Construction is scheduled to last until February 10, 2006.

Central Ave. Wal-Mart construction to change routes 5 & 7.
Due to expansion of the Wal-Mart store on Central Ave. at Holland-Sylvania Rd., the following changes will be in effect until scheduled completion in October of 2007:
Outbound Route 5 - TARTA buses will make stops on Holland-Sylvania near the truck entrance of the Wal-Mart and proceed to Central Ave. (L) to Warner Ave. (R) to the bus stop near the former K-Mart west of Holland-Sylvania. Route 5 buses will then continue to Goodhue (R) then Holland-Sylvania (R) to their regular inbound route.
Outbound Route 7 - TARTA buses will make stops on Central Avenue only.
TARPS and Call-A-Ride (Sylvania/Sylvania Twp. and Spencer Twp.) - Will continue to make stops near front entrance of the Wal-Mart store.
Because of construction, the bus shelter has been removed from the Holland-Sylvania Rd. side of Wal-Mart.

Due to the temporary closure of Oatis St. near The Toledo Hospital, TARTA routes 2H and 24 will have the following detours:
2H inbound and outbound: Will travel Monroe St. and will not use the usual Kenwood/Oatis loop until completion of construction.
24 inbound: Via Kenwood Blvd. to North Cove (R), to regular route.
24 outbound: Via Monroe to North Cove (L) to Kenwood Blvd. to regular route.
